C2 Sip, Switch, and Fly

  1. Who can join the promo?
    1. Contest is open to all Filipino citizens currently residing in the Philippines.
    2. Participants under the age of 18 years old as of Feb 15, 2025 must obtain consent of parents or legal guardians and by participating in this Contest, it is deemed that consent has been obtained.
    3. Employees of Universal Robina Corporation, Black Pencil, Spark Foundry, Spark It (hereinafter the “organizers”), and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity and consanguinity are disqualified from joining.
    4. By participating in the C2 Sip, Switch, and Fly (the “promotion”), those qualified and interested to join the promotion (the “participant”) confirm, agree to and acknowledge that:
      1. He or she has read the full mechanics of this promotion and agrees to abide by its terms and conditions;
      2. He or she has given permission to URC to gather personal information that will be used by URC in accordance with its privacy policy;
      3. Organizers of the promotion have the right to request for valid documents (certificate of employment, TIN, school ID, any valid government-issued ID) to identify the eligibility of the participant for the promo;
      4. Organizers of the promotion have the right to use any post of the participant tagging C2 Cool and Clean Tiktok Page to be used by C2 on any owned platform.
      5. Organizers of the promotion have the right to identify him or her as a participant or a winner in the promotions and communicate the same at any time in any territory through any multimedia release;
      6. He or she shall hold organizers of the promotion free from any and all claims, suits and actions for damages or liabilities that may be brought about in connection with his or her participation in this promo;
      7. Organizers of the promo shall not be liable for any unauthorized use, reproduction and adaptations by third parties of any material or information regarding this promotion; and
      8. He or she will not make any reproduction of any part of the website/s accessed by him or her pursuant to this promotion for purposes of selling or distributing the same for commercial gain nor shall he or she modify or incorporate any part of said websites in any other work, publication or website.
  2. How to Join
    1. Purchase any C2 product (230ml, 270ml, 335ml, 500ml, and 1L) in any flavor (Apple, Lemon, Classic, Apple Sugar Free, Raspberry, Melon, Dalandan, Peach, Milk Tea Caramel, Milk Tea Chocolate, Milk Tea Wintermelon) in supermarkets, convenience stores, grocery stores, sari-sari stores, and e-commerce sites.
    2. Create a Tiktok video using C2's Official Promo Tiktok sound, doing the following:
      • Take a sip of your C2 drink
      • Drop your sunglasses right after the sip (as you bring your head down)
      • Strike your best "Switch to Relax Mode" pose!
    3. Upload your video on Tiktok using hashtag #C2SipSwitchNFly and tag Official Tiktok Page @C2CoolandClean on the caption.

    Privacy setting of account and shared post must be set on PUBLIC for visibility and eligibility at least until end of promo duration.

  3. Winners and Prizes
    1. For minor prizes: 20 Winners of Exclusive C2 Summer Merch
      Prize is not convertible to cash. Redemption period of 60 days from announcement.
    2. For major prizes:
      1. Major Prize 1: 3 Days 2 Night at Boracay for 2 Pax on April 18-20, 2025
        Inclusive of : Roundtrip ticket via Cebu Pacific to Caticlan (Go Easy: w/1pc Checked in Baggage), Hotel Accommodation, Roundtrip Airport to Hotel Transfers, Pocket Money of P 5,000.00
        Winner must be willing to fly on said schedule. Prize is not convertible to cash. Redemption period of 7 Days from announcement.
      2. Major Prize 2: 3 Days 2 Night at La Union for 2 Pax on May 2-4, 2025
        Inclusive of : Roundtrip ticket via Cebu Pacific to Manila/Clark – as needed (Go Easy: w/1pc Checked in Baggage), Hotel Accommodation, Roundtrip Van Transfers to Hotel from Manila/Clark/Luzon, Pocket Money of P 5,000.00
        Winner must be willing to fly on said schedule. Prize is not convertible to cash. Redemption period of 7 Days from announcement.
      3. Major Prize 3 & 4: Roundtrip Ticket via Cebu Pacific for 2 Pax within 2025
        Any PH Domestic Destination of Cebu Pacific.
        Inclusive of: Roundtrip ticket via Cebu Pacific (Go Easy: w/1pc Checked in Baggage)
        Winner must be willing to fly on said schedule. Flight schedule must be provided to organizers at least 1 month prior preferred travel date. Prize is not convertible to cash. Redemption period of 60 Days from announcement.

      Organizers have the right to draw another winner if prize is not redeemed within stated period.

    3. All winners will be determined via e-raffle draws, with authorized personnel and FDA representative on Zoom to witness the draw.

  4. Announcement of Winners and Claiming or Prize
    1. Minor Prizes
      1. Winners will be announced in the C2 Cool and Clean Official Tiktok & Facebook Page.
      2. If participant’s registered name is on the list of winners, he or she must message the C2 Cool and Clean Official Tiktok Account. to contact our C2 Community Management Team for verification.
      3. C2 Community Management Team will ask for personal information and 2 valid IDs for verification via official messenger chat, and give detailed instructions on how to claim the prize.
      4. To claim prizes, winners have to present the following:
        1. Printed or digital copy of notification letter sent via C2 Cool and Clean Official Tiktok Account
        2. Photocopy of a valid ID with photo (e.g. Passport, Driver’s License, SSS ID, Voter’s ID, Company ID, Student ID, or other valid government-issued ID)
        3. Winners can send an authorized representative to claim prizes on their behalf. The representative must bring the following:
          1. Proof of winner providing details of authorized representative via C2 Cool and Clean Official Tiktok Account
          2. Printed copy of notification letter sent via C2 Cool and Clean Official Tiktok Account
          3. Photocopy of a winner’s valid ID with photo (e.g. Passport, Driver’s License, SSS ID, Voter’s ID, Company ID, Student ID, or other valid governmentissued ID)
          4. Authorization letter with the winner’s signature
          5. Photocopy of a valid ID with photo of the representative
        4. For Metro Manila C2 Exclusive Summer Merch winners, they can claim their prize at Black Pencil Advertising Inc, 21/F Tower 1 The Enterprise Center, Ayala Ave., Makati City from Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
        5. For provincial C2 Exclusive Summer Merch winners, prize will be shipped to the address provided during verification.
        6. If the participant or his or her duly authorized representative do not personally claim the item/s sought to be redeemed within the redemption period, the item/s to be redeemed shall be forfeited in favour of URC, upon FDA approval. The decision of URC on this regard is final.
        7. Redemption of C2 Exclusive Summer Merch is within 60 days from verification. The prize will be forfeited if winner doesn’t claim within 60 days and winner will be notified through the C2 Cool and Clean Official Tiktok Account once forfeited. Organizers have the right to draw a new winner when prize is forfeited. If new winner still hasn’t claimed the prize within 60 days, the prize will no longer be valid for redemption.
        8. All items to be redeemed under this promotion shall be given tax-free
    2. Major Prizes

  5. Terms and Conditions
    1. The results of the contest in consultation with FDA are final, binding and no further correspondence or disputes shall be entertained thereafter.
    2. All participants consent to all submitted information including personal data to Universal Robina Corporation upon submitting an entry or joining the said promo. This includes full ownership and the right to use any photos submitted to promote C2 Cool and Clean and/or the C2 Cool and Clean social media pages in any way they wish.
    3. Contest participants agree that ownership of the information submitted, whether subsequently published or not, including the outtakes thereof belongs to Universal Robina Corporation, without prejudice to the moral rights of the contest participants. By submitting the personal information of the participant, the Organizers consider that the authorization has been given to the Organizers and/or the agents appointed by him to use this information for current and future marketing and promotional purposes as well as for improving its products and services. If the participant notifies the Organizers that the information should not be used as the basis for any subsequent contacts, the Organizers will respect the Participant's request. Information on the participants will not be given or shared with other companies/partners for their free use.
    4. Contest participants grant Universal Robina Corporation the ongoing right to publish and use the entries in any form and for promotional purposes, including but not limited to posters, websites, mobile downloads, and collaterals used to promote C2 Cool and Clean.
    5. Contest participants grant Universal Robina Corporation unlimited rights to amend, edit, select, crop, retouch, add to or delete from any work (in any format, whether electronic or otherwise).
    6. Universal Robina Corporation agrees that the contest participants retain all copyrights to the information related to the promotion, including the right to use the information for the purpose of promoting the contest participants’ work, and all such rights as are not inconsistent with the covenants of the parties herein.
    7. The Organizers reserve the right at its absolute discretion to increase or reduce the number of prizes or substitute any prize with that of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or in any other form for whatever reason.
    8. Eligible winners are fully responsible for any injuries, damages or claims as a result of or arising from their participation in the Contest, usage of their prize and/or collection of their prize. All transportation, accommodation, personal cost and/or any other costs and/or any other related expenses that are incurred to participate in this Contest and/or to redeem the prize are the sole responsibility of the eligible winners.
    9. The participants shall have no claim whatsoever against the Organizers during the entire term of the contest and at any time thereafter.
  6. Other Guidelines
    1. Organizers of the promotion assume no responsibility for:
      1. Any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information on the websites herein caused by any third party, i.e., website users, hackers, among others, or caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion.
      2. Any statement, comment or declaration posted or submitted on the C2 Cool and Clean PH Verified Facebook Page. Said statements, comments or declarations are those of the participants or members of said Facebook Fan Page and not of the organizers.
      3. Any technical, hardware or software failure of any kind, for lost network connections, garbled computer transmissions, and other problems or technical malfunctions in the conduct of this promotion.
      4. Any error, omission, corruption, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of the email addresses, and Facebook accounts used in this promotion.
    2. Organizers of the promotion shall be entitled to cancel, discontinue or suspend this promotion on the basis of the occurrence of force majeure or any event beyond the control of the organizers of the promotion that will not make it possible for them to continue with the conduct of the promotion without affecting the fairness and integrity of the same, including but not limited to the following:
      1. programs are not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering;
      2. unauthorized intervention;
      3. technical failures;
      4. technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, computer equipment and software;
      5. failure of any e-mail account to transmit message to the organizers on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the internet or any website;
      6. injury or damage to the participant’s or any other person's computer due to or resulting from participating in the promotion or downloading any materials from the Facebook website; or
      7. Any other causes which corrupt or affect administration, security, fairness.
